We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions on Linkyoo. If you are not completely satisfied with Linkyoo, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will review your request for a full refund.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- You have not previously received a refund for the same Linkyoo subscription.
- Your account is in good standing and has not been suspended for policy violations.
- The refund request relates to a technical or billing issue that we are unable to resolve.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@linkyoo.me.
- Include the email address used on your account and your subscription details.
- Briefly explain why you are requesting the refund.
- Our team will review and respond as quickly as possible, usually within 2 to 3 business days.
3. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Card refunds are typically processed through our payment providers immediately after approval, but the final posting time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank, card issuer, or mobile money provider.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No future subscription charges will be applied.
- You may subscribe again at any time to restore premium access.
5. Partial Refunds
For subscriptions older than 14 days, we generally do not offer refunds. In limited cases, we may provide a partial refund or account credit where appropriate, including:
- Extended service outages that materially affected your use of the platform.
- Billing mistakes or duplicate charges.
- Exceptional circumstances reviewed at our discretion.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions older than 14 days, except where stated above.
- One-time add-ons, setup services, or custom service work already delivered.
- Services that have already been fully rendered.
- Accounts suspended because of violations of our Terms of Service or other platform policies.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks may lead to immediate account review or suspension while we investigate the payment dispute.
8. Price Changes
If we update our pricing, existing subscribers will receive advance notice before the new pricing takes effect on their subscription. Where required, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any pricing change applies to a renewal.
9. Free Trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you may cancel during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically based on the plan you selected.
