Linkyoo provides a web-based platform that helps businesses create a public storefront page, share it via a unique link and QR code, and receive orders from customers. Account information:

• Full name or business name
• Email address
• Password (stored securely, never in plain text)
• Profile or business photo

Business information:

• Business name, category, and description
• Product catalog: names, prices, categories, photos, and availability status
• Contact details (phone, WhatsApp, social links)
• Your chosen linkname (linkyoo.me/[linkname])
• Brand customization settings (colors, logo)

Usage information:

• Pages visited, features used, time on platform
• Device type, browser type, operating system
• IP address (used for analytics and security)
• QR code scan events and visitor counts
• Push notification tokens (used to deliver order alerts to your device)

Order information (when customers place orders through your page):

• Customer name, delivery address, and contact details submitted with the order
• Items ordered, quantities, and any special instructions
• Order timestamps and status history

This order data is stored on your behalf and made available to you through your dashboard. It is used to send the customer their order confirmation and invoice.

Payment information (for paid plans):

The business name, product listings, prices, contact info, and photos you add are publicly accessible by design. Customers who place orders through your page provide their own information directly to you as the business owner.

b) When Linkyoo Shares Your Information

Linkyoo does not sell your personal information. We share data only:

3. Log Data

6. Netlify (Hosting)

7. Microsoft Clarity (Analytics)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with Linkyoo pages. Clarity may record session replays and heatmaps to help us identify usability issues. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement for details.

8. Cloudflare Turnstile (Bot Protection)

Linkyoo uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the payments page to protect against automated abuse. Turnstile operates in invisible mode — it runs entirely in the background and does not display a visual challenge or CAPTCHA to users.

To determine whether a visitor is human or a bot, Turnstile may collect and process browser and device signals such as:

• User agent, screen properties, and language settings
• Interaction patterns (mouse movement, keyboard timing)
• Network characteristics and IP address
• Browser environment and feature support

This data is processed by Cloudflare to generate a verification token and is subject to Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Linkyoo does not receive or store the raw signals — only the resulting verification outcome.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account:

• Your public storefront page will be taken offline
• Your personal data and product catalog will be deleted within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements
• Order records may be retained for a limited period to satisfy legal or accounting obligations before being deleted
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained

10. Security

We value your trust and take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase security rules, and access controls. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
