If you have seen one of our posters, flyers, or social posts, you have almost certainly noticed the link linkyoo.me/your-biz printed on it. This page explains what that means.
It is a placeholder, not a real business
your-biz is not an actual business on Linkyoo. It is a stand-in handle we use across all our marketing materials to show you what your own link will look like once you sign up.
Think of it the same way you would read “Your Name” on a form template — it is a generic label that invites you to picture your own name (or business) in that spot.
Why linkyoo.me/your-biz?
Every business on Linkyoo gets a short, memorable link built around their handle. If your business is called Mama Fola’s Kitchen, your link might be linkyoo.me/mamafola. When a customer scans your QR code or taps your link, they land directly on your page.
We print linkyoo.me/your-biz on our demo materials because it is the clearest way to show the pattern without picking a real business name that might confuse people.
What will my actual link look like?
You choose your handle when you create your Linkyoo account. A few examples of how it might look:
| Business name | Handle | Link |
|---|---|---|
| Mama Fola’s Kitchen | mamafola | linkyoo.me/mamafola |
| City Barbers | citybarbers | linkyoo.me/citybarbers |
| Fresh Bakes | freshbakes | linkyoo.me/freshbakes |
Your handle can be up to 30 characters, contains only letters, numbers, and hyphens, and must be unique across the platform. You can change it later from your settings.
